Items came WAYYY faster than expected, very hot, went down a treat. Courier was very pleasant too.

Deliveries always take about a hour. Would be better if it was quicker

Bit confused when ordering. Didn't realise when ordering kebabs that if you didn't order salad it automatically comes with chips - ended up with surplus chips as ordered separate portions. Also, didn't realise that kebabs came in pitta bread so ended up with surplus pitta breaks as added to these to each kebab order. Might just have been me having an "off day", but perhaps more clarification required on menu?

IF YOU ORDER CURRY SAUCE AND GET SOME BROWN UNRECOGNISED GLOOP ITS LIKE HAVING A CHICKEN CURRY WITHOUT THE CHICKEN SO OUT WITH THE HP and we survived Curry Sauce ple - make it proper and boom more custom

Our food was only just warm and I had to heat our food in microwave which really doesn't do food any favours. Very disappointed tonight 😞. We have ordered many times and tonight was very disappointing 😞

The whole suppers were cold and not edible

The Donar Kebab was edible but the Steak Pie Supper was lukewarm including the chips. I have been a customer for over 30 years and have never had such a disappointing purchase from the BBQ. Perhaps Thomas is on holiday!
